The labor union AUTE or Agrupación UTE (UTE Group) is the trade union for employees and people who work at the UTE or Usinas y Transmisiones Eléctricas (Electric Plants and Transmissions) that is the State's company of electricity in Uruguay.

According to its website, the AUTE was founded on Monday 4 April 1949. The first meeting was made in the Club Sud América (South America Club) with more than 2000 people present.

This group is a member of the PIT-CNT federation of trade unions.

The flag of the AUTE is green with a red border. In the green field there is a kind of monogram of the group name "AUTE". The four white letters appear all "combined". The monogram is bordered by a red circle.

Below the monogram, the acronym of the PIT-CNT federation of trade unions appears in white letters as the AUTE is a member of it.
