The flag of the University of Cádiz (Universidad de Cádiz) at Pamplona is shown at its symbols page.

The University of Cádiz has a yellow flag with the university’s coat of arms in its centre (however on the flag there are no inscriptions upon the columns, unlike the coat of arms on the university's doorplate and seal.) I spotted this flag in Cadiz at Bolivar Square and Calle Ancha on 12 November 2009.

Coat of Arms

In a blue field above waves of silver (white) and blue is a white tree with four branches of the same colour having three visible golden (yellow) roots upon the waves and some pieces of fruit, also golden. The tree is flanked by two silver (white) columns wrapped up by golden ribbons with an inscription “NON PLUS” upon the 1st and “ULTRA” upon the 2nd. The shield is topped by a royal crown, according to the University's symbols page.

The tree had been chosen as a very old symbol of wisdom, having three roots symbolizing the riches and profoundness of our 3000-year-old Western culture. The waves are an allusion of the sea and its connection with the culture of Cádiz. The stem is the university, the branches are the four faculties which had formed the basis of the new university and the fruits are the results based on wisdom.

The columns symbolize the fact that the city is capital of a province and the crown refers to the fact that the new university was started by the house of Bourbon, again according to the symbols page
