About the Flag of Ipu

The flag of the Municipality of Ipu in the State of Ceara, Brazil, was found at (link no longer available). It is an unequal horizontal tricolor of yellow, white and blue (approx. 5:6:5) with a green disc (diameter approx. 4/5ths of the stripe's height)
centered on the white stripe with what seems to be a map on it, between two green five-pointed stars (diameter of enscrib. circle approx. 1/4 of the stripe's height); below it, horizontally centered on the green stripe, an identically sized blue five-pointed star; all this "bracketed" by a pair of vertically-placed inward-curving branches, extending over the three stripes (appox. height 2/3rds of the flag's height): cotton at the hoist and sugar cane at the fly.
